We've invested millions in our sports facilities. They're based at City and Walsall Campuses and are open to students, staff and members of the public.

Walsall Campus facilities

Walsall Campus is home to the School of Sport, Performing Arts and Leisure, and to the Walsall Campus Sports Centre. The Sports Centre is included in the guide for National Olympic Committees (NOCs) as an official training base for the 2012 Olympics. Our Multi- million pound investment has resulted in an extensive range of indoor facilities that represent a significant addition to the national sporting infrastructure, and cater for a wide range of sporting activities.

Facilities Include: 

• Gym & Weights Room (Induction Required)
• Matted Sports Hall (Dojo)
• Sports Hall (eight Court halls suitable for a variety of sports)
• Single Sports Hall
• Swimming Pool
• Six Lane Athletics Track
• All Weather Synthetic Pitch (Floodlit)
• Four Tennis/Netball Courts
• Grass Pitches

City Campus facilities

The City Sports facilities are located on the South Campus adjacent to the Students Union in the MD Building.

Facilities Include:

• Gym 
• Conditioning Room
• Squash Court
• Sports Hall (four Court hall suitable for a wide range of Sports)
