Student Centres

You’ll have noticed work going on around City Campus to refurbish the Student Offices, which are now reorganised into Student Centres.

Responding to your feedback, the new facilities are larger, more conveniently located and offer a one-stop-shop; centralising services into two hubs on City Campus to enhance your student experience.

They are now far more than just a place where you submit assignments, underpinning all official activities relating to your academic life at the University.

You’ll find two Student Centres at City Campus, one at Telford Campus and one at Walsall. Our friendly teams are here to help you on any issue as a first port of call; if you’re unsure about where to go and who to see feel free to pop in to be directed!

The main areas and issues you may need advice on covered by Student Centres include:
